HEHP has no fees or charges for the submission and review process.
All the articles MUST pay the publishing fees after acceptance for publication.

Reviewing fee: Free
Fast reviewing fee (2 to 3 weeks): 150€ (5.000.000 IRR for Iranian Authors)
Publishing fee: 350€ (20.000.000 IRR for Iranian Authors)

Note: For an article to be considered Iranian, these three criteria must be met:
- The first author's affiliation must be in Iran; and 
- The correspondent's affiliation must be in Iran; and
- At least half of the authors' affiliations must be in Iran.
